Howdy, friends! Today marks yet another chapter in our move into our new home. We've been working on a ton of changes behind the scenes to make the Snowpack experience more cohesive across the board and today we're happy to announce of few of those changes. First and foremost, the Taproom on the main level is now the open-all-day-every-day space, not the Pizzeria downstairs. From 11am - close every day of the week, the main level is where you will enter. So, skip going downstairs and head right in the main door from the parking lot. Second, and probably most importantly, pizza is now available upstairs, as well as downstairs. No longer do you need to order from the pizzeria downstairs if you're in the mood for pizza. It took a ton of reconfiguring of our kitchen in the taproom, but we're happy to finally be able to offer this for everyone. Third, all takeout is now available on one website, snowpackgo.com and all orders will be picked up from the main Taproom level (including pizza). So again, no going downstairs to pick up for your food. Just head to the bar in the main level taproom and grab your takeout. The hours for the Pizzeria downstairs are changing as of today as well. With the massive amount of space upstairs, we don't need to utilize that space every day of the week, so until the summer season arrives, the Pizzeria (downstairs) is closed Monday - Wednesday and will be open Thursday - Sunday from 4pm - close. We're still working out a few other changes that we'll be announcing soon! Events are very much back to happening around Snowpack including live music, comedy nights, sporting events, beer and spirit tastings, painting events, puzzle nights, board game nights and so much more. Today's new menu items we're a lot of fun to make, and are sbsolutely packed with unique flavors. We've been experimenting quite a bit with veggies lately, and are pretty please with how these both turned out. We hope you'll come hang with us and give them a try! New dishes! As we continue our new tapas menu rollout, we thought we'd share a couple more that we added to our menu. These actually rolled out a couple of days ago - we wanted to get some feedback before going live with them. Seems like y'all are fans! Spicy Cucumber - sliced persian cucumbers served over gochujang sauce, topped with marcona almonds, smoked sea salt, black sesame seeds, and thai chili flakes Smoked Trout Dip - creamy flaked smoked trout dip, garnished with green onions and served with grateful bread ciabatta crostini & water crackers Please note: our tapas dishes are only available in-house. What a fun New Years in our new home! Thanks so much to everyone that came out last night to ring in the new year with us. We sure had some fun and enjoyed seeing you all.
